Candle Care
Trim the Wick
Before each use, trim the wick to about 5mm to prevent a large flame and uneven burning.
Burn Time
Allow your candle to burn for at least one hour during each use to ensure the wax melts evenly across the surface, avoiding tunnelling.
Avoid Drafts
Place your candle away from drafts or air currents to prevent uneven burning and smoking.
Keep Your Candle Company
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Use a Snuffer
Extinguish the flame with a candle snuffer or by gently dipping the wick into the wax pool to avoid splattering and prolong the scent.
Store Properly
Keep candles away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent discoloration and melting.
Container Safety
Stop burning the candle when only 1/2 inch of wax remains to prevent the container from overheating.
